DBY603 milk cream separator is the smallest model developed by Juneng Machinery. With high separator factor and speed, it has excellent separation efficiency.
This skid-mounted unit can be used immediately after connecting the pipelines.
The drum component has undergone precision dynamic balancing. Each part has fixed positions and factory numbers. Interchanging parts between drums is prohibited as it would damage the dynamic balance, increase vibration, and potentially damage the equipment.
The motor is driven by a frequency converter, which then drives the vertical shaft to rotate the drum. The frequency converter ensures steady starting with even acceleration, preventing motor and gear overload. The vertical shaft uses an elastic bearing structure to minimize wear and vibration impact on the separator.
