Main Components
The separator consists of base, cantilever, hydraulic oil cylinder, motor ram, main axis suspension device, drum, upper volute, and lower volute.
Structural Details
The base serves as the machine frame, connecting axis and pedestal. Lower shell and lifting oil cylinder cover are directly fixed to the base. The suspension branch installs motor ram and axis cantilever components, with upper volute suspended via three sleeves. Hydraulic pump station drives the suspension branch elevation, enabling rotation around oil cylinder axes.
Drum Assembly
Comprising drum axis, disk rack, drum body, drum cover, seal ring, disk, refluence pipe, diffluence pipe, and nozzle. The drum connects to the main axis through a large nut.
Axis Suspension System
Equipped with axis, bearings, and triangle strap on the upper side. Motor ram features rolling wheels for guide rail movement, with spring tensioner regulating triangle adhesive tape tension power.
